Maryland State Delegate Pamela E. Queen Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to current Montgomery County high school seniors who reside in District 14 and attend Blake, Sherwood, Paint Branch, or Damascus High Schools. Students must confirm their district of residence before completing the application. This student must demonstrate outstanding academic accomplishments, community service and financial need. This student must also complete FAFSA by the March 1st deadline. The student may matriculate at any two or four-year College or University in the State of Maryland.
CONDITIONS OF AWARD: If awarded, the student must register with MDCAPS - Maryland College Aid Processing System (MDCAPS). MDCAPS is MHEC's comprehensive financial aid system

Delegate Lesley Lopez Community Service Scholarship
PRC is pleased to announce the Delegate Lesley Lopez Community Service Scholarship. PRC and Delegate Lopez may award scholarships to one or more high school seniors graduating in the Spring of 2023. These students must reside in Delegate Lopez's legislative district and demonstrate academic achievement and significant service to the Montgomery County community. Patuxent River (MD) Links HBCU STEM Merit Scholarship
Under the National Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Initiative of The Links, Incorporated, PRC established thre HBCU Merit Scholarship to support efforts to increase the graduation rates of HBCU students seeking degrees in the sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields. PRC may award scholarships to one or more students graduating from high school in the Spring of 2023.
G.E.M.S. Scholarship
PRC carries out the "Cultivating Young Girls into G.E.M.S. Global-minded, Empowered, and Motivated for Success" (G.E.M.S.) Program which focuses on developing young ladies by incorporating the work of The Links, Incorporated's program facets (Services to Yourth, Arts, National Trends & Services, International Trends and Services, and Health & Human Services) into one umbrella program. G.E.M.S. graduating from high school in the Spring of 2023 that meet the eligibility criteria may apply for the G.E.M.S. scholarship.
